How Far in Advance Should I Book?
- 1 child: Appointments usually available within a week.
- 3+ family members: We recommend booking about three weeks in advance for back-to-back scheduling.
- Need something sooner? We often have cancellations—ask to join our waitlist!
Can I Book Siblings Together?
Yes! We frequently book siblings in consecutive time slots. For multiple kids, a little planning ahead helps secure convenient times.
Do You Offer After-School Appointments?
Absolutely. While we’re closed on weekends, afternoon time slots are available on weekdays to accommodate school schedules.
How Long Does an Eye Exam Take?
Expect about 30 minutes per child. We keep the process kid-friendly and efficient.
What Do I Need to Provide?
When booking online, you’ll be asked for:
- Child’s name and date of birth
- Insurance information (if you have it)
At your visit, we’ll scan your ID and insurance cards. Don’t worry if you’re missing anything—our friendly team will follow up!
Should I Bring My Child’s Glasses or Old Prescription?
Yes, if available! This gives us a helpful baseline during the exam.
What Insurance Plans Do You Accept?
We accept:

No insurance? We offer affordable cash pay options for both exams and glasses.
